Grantham-based law firm JMP Solicitors has announced four new faces to join its extended offices.

With over 30 years’ experience in real estate transactions, Kathy Greenwood will lead the conveyancing team based at the Autumn Park Business Centre on Dysart Road in Grantham.

Kathy joins JMP Solicitors from East Riding firm – Lockings, part of the QualitySolicitors network.

Managing director Ian Howard said: “Investing additional headcount in the conveyancing team is a strategic move for our practice.

“Post- Brexit we are seeing no slowing of activity and South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) have ambitious plans to increase new-builds in the area to support the economic plans for the district.”

JMP Solicitors is also welcoming back Grantham resident, bi-lingual Monika Borek.
