This story is over

A new authentic Indian restaurant and takeaway has opened its doors in uphill Lincoln, following a £50,000 investment.

Aminur Rahman has taken on the lease of the vacant building to open the Castle View on November 28, creating up to 10 new jobs for the Lincoln area.

The new business has opened on the site of the former Tito’s Restaurant and Grill.

Aminur said: “Other than the traditional dishes we will be offering dishes all new to Lincolnshire.

“Our popular dishes are Nawabi Murghi, Bombay Mirch, Bengal Delight, King Prawn Pili Pili, Ghandi Special, Fish Mugli, Thai Chilli Fish and many more, including our special sizzling and Tawa dishes.

“All our foods are created from hand grounded spices and not bought from a wholesalers like many other restaurants.

“Also many options on our menu can be adjusted, whatever a customer wants can be catered for.”
