Wilkin Chapman moves to new Grimsby headquarters

This story is over

Wilkin Chapman LLP has started fresh for 2017, moving its headquarters to a council-owned £6 million development on Cartergate, Grimsby.

The new offices will accommodate around 213 staff, who have been relocated from the firm’s previous locations on St Mary’s Chambers and New Office House.

The office complex has been built and is owned by the council, but as the anchor tenant it provides Wilkin Chapman with the space required over the coming years to support the firm’s growth ambitions.

The move comes after a record-breaking year for Wilkin Chapman in 2016.

It received recognition in five separate independent legal rankings over the year, which celebrated the firm’s excellence and growth as well as individual solicitors’ expertise.
