Auto Windscreens, a vehicle glass repair company, has opened its first fitting hub in Lincoln after the city was identified as ‘an operational hotspot’.
The site on Earlsfield Close, Sadler Park will be the Lincoln base for Auto Windscreens.
This is the nineteenth hub for the company, as customers benefitted from the choice of having their vehicle glass repaired either by a mobile technician at a location of their choosing or at a designated centre.
Previously the company operated a wholly mobile fleet-based service.
Rupert Armitage, Auto Windscreens’ Managing Director, said: “We have introduced Auto Windscreens fitting hubs across the UK to give our customers an improved service.
“Lincoln is the newest addition to our network and will help us offer customers in the area a flexible option when it comes to the location of their windscreens repair or replacement.”
Auto Windscreens plans to open 60 sites in total by September 2017.
