A new Head of Business Development and Marketing has been appointed at Lincolnshire-based law firm Wilkin Chapman to aid the continued growth of the business.

Lindsay Rubie joins the firm from HSBC Bank Plc, where she carried out a number of commercial roles since 2005, most recently as Agricultural Relationship Manager.

She brings with her a wealth of knowledge about the region and its business needs, as well as having experience in managing and developing client portfolios.

She will split her time between the offices, and will focus on raising the firm’s profile, developing its reputation and helping both the firm and its client to achieve their commercial goals.

Her appointment comes after a record performance in 2016, and ambitious growth plans for 2017.

Des Mannion, CEO of Wilkin Chapman, said: “We have just carried out a strategic review and are in a period of strong growth for the firm and a very exciting time for the region; north and south of the Humber.

“We are delighted to have Lindsay’s expertise on board to realise these opportunities, and are already reaping the benefits of her skill set.”
