A Lincolnshire businessman submitted a planning application to convert a hair studio into a takeaway on Oswald Road in Scunthorpe.

Adam Dobrowolski from Scunthorpe owns Catering V Futrzaka and wishes to turn Chelsea Hair Part Two into a place that sells a variety of hot and cold food.

He is still unsure on how many employees he intends to hire but aims for the takeaway to be open 9am-10pm Monday to Friday and 1pm-12pm on a Saturdays and Sundays.

JD Wetherspoon’s Blue Bell Inn pub restaurant is directly opposite the building and Dobrowolski would be competing with it.
