A senior site manager working for local homebuilder Barratt Homes has scooped an award in a national competition to find the best-run building sites in the country.
Kevin Mowbray has gained official recognition for the excellence with which he manages a new homes development in North Hykeham called Manor Farm, by receiving a Pride in the Job Quality Award.
The awards are dedicated to recognising site managers who achieve the highest standard in housebuilding.
Kevin, who has worked at the North Hykeham site for more than three years, has been presented with four Pride in the Job Quality awards and two of Seal of Excellence awards since joining the division.
He also won Site Manager of the Year within the business for the last two consecutive years, with his team winning a ‘Team Excellence’ award in 2015.
Kevin said: “It feels fantastic to be given a Pride in the Job Quality award and this is a big win for the site team at Manor Farm as a whole as well as myself.
“I’m privileged to work with such a fantastic team and I would not have achieved half as much if it wasn’t for them.”
Chris Southgate, Managing Director at Barratt Homes North Midlands, said: “We would like to congratulate Kevin on his success and his continued dedication to our Manor Farm scheme.
“We are delighted to yet again win more Pride of the Job Quality awards than any other housebuilder as it demonstrates the high standards that we demand as a company.”
