Lincolnshire-based software company OrderWise has hired five new recruits to join the team.

The growing company is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading suppliers of dedicated business management software.

OrderWise Director David Hallam said: “We’re proud to be welcoming five more new faces to the team at OrderWise.

“We’ve been lucky enough to take on more than 80 new employees in the past 18 months and staff numbers continue to rise.

“We’re coming up to a busy time of year with more potential clients coming on board so to have this kind of support in place is invaluable.”

The recruits include Charlotte Brand and Philip Prockter, who join the company as project assistants and bring a range of skills and a wealth of valuable experience.

Charlotte has previously worked as a case manager at BT where she handled customer complaints and ongoing system issues, while Philip gained a wealth of experience in the textile and furniture industry, working as a despatch manager, warehouse manager, supply chain and logistics manager, as well as in internal improvement.

Steven Stewart joins the projects department as an accounts software specialist having previously worked as an assistant accountant. Steven’s experience also covers IT support and data protection and his experience, together with AAT qualifications, will make Steven a real asset to the OrderWise team.

The Reports and Layouts team is welcoming Christian Blanchette as its new reports and layouts writer who has relocated from the bright lights of London to Lincolnshire for a less hectic way of life. Christian has previously worked as a research and data analyst for more than 10 years.

Alice Rippin joins the company’s client account management department as a coordinator, having gained similar experience in the customer solutions department of a large office equipment company.

The first three weeks of the new recruits’ employment was spent learning how to use OrderWise and taking part in activities in the company’s warehouse training facility to provide experience of the software in a practical environment.
