Accountancy firm Duncan & Toplis has been awarded the prestigious Gold Award from Investor in Customers.
The award is given to companies that offer customer service that is of ‘exceptional standard’.
This is the first time that Duncan & Toplis has been assessed by Investor in Customers (IIC), which is an independent appraiser of customer experience.
The IIC experts carried out in-depth interviews and surveys with Duncan & Toplis’ clients as well as employees in client facing and non-client facing departments.
The company’s highest score was in the ‘Delight Customers’ principle, with clients awarding them gold in every theme.
Duncan & Toplis has eight offices throughout Lincolnshire: in Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth, Skegness, Sleaford, Spalding and Stamford.
