Lincolnshire Business has taken a tour around a new £5.5 million apartment development exclusively for the over 55s adjacent to Boultham Park in Lincoln.
The development, named Home Grange, comprising 36 one and two-bedroom apartments costing £150,000 to £235,000, is located off Boultham Park Road, north east of the 50-acre park.
Keystone Developments – part of the Longhurst Group – has worked in partnership with Gusto Construction and architects SGA to deliver the scheme.
Currently there are 23 apartments still available in total, with seven on the ground floor, nine on the first floor and seven on the second floor.
A total of 13 apartments have now been reserved off-plan.
A spokesperson for the development told Lincolnshire Business: “We’re hoping that residents will be able to move in from the end of this week. We have four completions scheduled for March.
“Each of the spacious apartments benefits from a modern gas central heating system, fitted carpets, contemporary designed kitchens, featuring top-of-the-range integrated Neff appliances and solid quartz work surfaces, as well as stylishly tiled wet rooms with spacious walk-in showers.”
