The third phase of the £3 million Lakeshore development in Lincoln has reached completion.
Lakeshore, which is next to the Burton Waters complex and two miles away from central Lincoln, has released a further nine luxury park homes on the 20-acre site.
The development, which will have a total of 64 properties when all five phases are complete, features high-spec park homes for over 55s.
The site, which is next to the Fossdyke Navigation canal, now has 29 homes in the private, gated community and 76% of the homes have already been sold or reserved.
Graham Richardson, managing director at Arbor Living, said: “We have been onsite since 2015 and have invested over £3 million into the development so far and it’s wonderful to see how the community has come to life and hear feedback from homeowners who are enjoying the lifestyle here.
“Our aim has always been to deliver something a bit different and Lakeshore offers people moving into semi-retirement or retirement a luxurious yet practical lifestyle without compromise.”
Lakeshore, which is Arbor Living’s first development of its kind is managed by local agent Winkworth, which was established in 1835.
Martin Thomson, director at Winkworth, said: “Lakeshore has already been extremely popular due to the security, sense of community and flexibility that it offers its residents.”
