Markets galore
Taking place in uphill Lincoln on Saturday, June 16, Castle Hill Farmers’ Market and Lincoln Makers’ Market are two places for you to find some great bargains.
Nestled between Lincoln’s breath-taking Cathedral and Castle, the Castle Hill Farmers’ Market is free to attend and takes place from 9am – 4pm.

Taking place close by on The Strait from 10am – 5pm, the Lincoln Makers’ Market will have a range of beautiful handmade and bespoke arts, crafts and unique gifts on offer.

Lincoln Castle Car Rally
Taking place on Father’s Day from 10am – 5pm at Lincoln Castle, the free event will bring together the very best in classic vintage vehicles.
Organised by the Lincolnshire Vintage Vehicle Society, the event will include displays of up to 200 vehicles, from cars, motor cycles and small commercial vehicles.

Knight School for Dads
Taking place on June 16 and 17, give Dad the opportunity to turn into a knight in shining armour at Lincoln Castle’s Knight School – open especially for Father’s Day.
For £13.50 for adults and £11 for children (this includes general admission to the castle grounds), the event will take place from 11am – 4.30am at Lincoln Castle.

Further afield: Brocklesby Country Fair
Taking place on June 17 from 9am – 5pm, the 33rd Brocklesby Country Fair at Brocklesby Park in Grimsby promises to provide a fun filled day of entertainment for all the family.
For £12 for adults and under 14s going free, the event will include displays from Atkinson’s Action Horses, a number of trade stands, and activities for the full family.
