And relax: Hotpod Yoga to launch in Lincoln

This story is over

Hotpod Yoga, Europe’s largest yoga company pioneering ‘yoga for real life’ will launch in Lincoln later this month.

Launching on July 28 and 29, Hotpod Yoga classes are taken in inflatable, heated studios for an intensive and balanced physical workout.

By having yoga classes in the 37°c cocoon-like pods, this warms the muscles and aids flexibility as well as making the heart work harder.

Already established in over 40 locations around the world, the county’s first Hotpod Yoga will be located at Unit 19 on Earlsfield Close.

Hotpod Yoga Lincoln founder, Kristen Ingraham-Morgan, was born in Canada before moving over to England.

Having already run a successful Crossfit gym for several years, she only had two sessions at Hotpod Yoga before deciding the people of Lincoln needed one of their own too and she is now looking forward to bringing the benefits of hot yoga to everyone in the city.

She said: “As a fulltime strength and conditioning coach, I am very aware of the benefits of increased flexibility, core strength, and balance, but never found a venue that was as welcoming to new practitioners as Hotpod Yoga is.

“I believe strongly in making fitness and wellness accessible to the 99% – the ones who don’t think yoga is for them!”

Max Henderson, co-founder of Hotpod Yoga, added: “With Kristen’s prior experience in the fitness world running a successful Crossfit, we know she is going to do a great job at introducing the magic of HPY to the region!”

To celebrate their launch, Hotpod Yoga Lincoln will be hosting a selection of complimentary taster classes on July 28 and 29.

From July 30, regular Hotpod Yoga Lincoln classes will be priced at £10 for a Single Class, £12 for a week’s Intro Offer, £45 for a 5 Class Pass, £80 for a 10 Class Pass and a £65 for Unlimited Membership.

All bookings must be made in advance online.
