Fraser Brown Solicitors, which opened its Lincoln office on Kingsley Office Park in June, has expanded its conveyancing team with three new members of staff.

Anna Fussey, who has more than eight years of experience in the residential property sector, joins Fraser Brown as a residential conveyancing solicitor.

In her new role, Anna will be responsible for assisting Lincolnshire-based clients with the sale and purchases of properties and land, transfers of equity, new build developments, re-mortgages, tenancy agreements and other aspects of residential conveyancing.

She said: “After meeting with the existing Nottingham-based conveyancing team and hearing their enthusiasm about their expansion into Lincoln, I was excited by the prospect of helping the team achieve their growth plans.”

Lincoln-based Georgie Lloyd, joins the firm from Andrew & Co Solicitors as a legal assistant with more than five years of experience.

Georgie will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff within the Lincoln office, arranging client appointments, assisting file handlers and dealing with agents.

She said: “I’m really enjoying my new position with Fraser Brown and I’m glad to be working in its new office, which offers a refreshing, open plan environment to work in.”

Conveyancing assistant Kaine Anderson-Price, who has worked with Fraser Brown for three years at its Nottingham office, will be moving across to the new Lincoln office to manage b2b relations in the region and to develop meaningful relationships with existing and new contacts.

He commented: “Choosing to move to Fraser Brown’s Lincoln office was the perfect decision for me as it will allow me to gain valuable knowledge of the industry within a new region and to see the company grow first-hand.”
