Renowned business speaker, CEO of Partyman and Co-Founder of Entrepreneurs Network James Sinclair has been announced as the keynote speaker for the Directors Conference next month.
The full day conference, taking place at DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln, on September 25 from 8.30am to 6pm, will bring together a series of high-profile speakers and panelists to entertain and educate delegates, centralised around this year’s theme ‘The Power of Disruption’.
This conference, sponsored by JCH Investment Wealth Management and Streets Chartered Accountants, is for guests to take time to consider what disruption has meant for their industry, the challenges it presents to their business and the opportunities it creates for their company.
Having started his business straight out of school at age 15, this year’s keynote speaker James Sinclair has gone on to build a business empire spanning industries including entertainment, leisure and business training.
James has been in business for 15 years and currently employs 350 staff over seven businesses, with a current turnover of £10 million.
He has a unique style of speaking, very at ease on a stage, his energy and passion for business oozes and excites the audience whilst engaging with every business owner in the room.
Along the way to his £10 million turnover business, he has produced a set of practical rules that apply to any aspiring entrepreneur from start up to multi-million pound operation, and he shares these willingly with his audience in a way that grips the audience from start to finish.
Unlock the perils of employing staff, work out what it is you need to be doing each day in the running of your business, how James’ failed limo business provided the biggest lessons in life.
The Directors Conference will also include a Directors Expo, as well as a two-course lunch, drinks and a range of other speakers, including Stuart Baldwin – Creator, Live BIG®, Matt Chadder – CEO, Instinct Lab and local speakers such as Peter Watson, MD at Distract and Russell Copley, MD, Greenborough Management.
