Green light for new restaurant and hotel at Sleaford Enterprise Park

Plans for a new restaurant and hotel at an enterprise park in Sleaford have been approved by planning officers at North Kesteven District Council.

Proposals, submitted by Melbourne Holdings Limited, will now see the new restaurant and hotel built at Pride Parkway, Sleaford Enterprise Park.

The hotel will include 34 rooms, with a lobby and office facility.

Alongside the hotel will be a restaurant which will include 48 covers to the ground floor, with a further 33 on the first floor and also a bar.

The restaurant building will be rectangular in form with one end circular and set over two rather than the previously planned one storey.

Outline planning permission with all matters reserved, was granted on 22 June 2015 for the erection of a hotel and restaurant.

A total of 66 parking spaces, including five disabled spaces, will be built to serve the development.

Plans for the ground flood of the restaurant

At the time of writing it is unknown when work will begin on site, however, in line with the conditions of the approval, work must begin within the next two years.
