Lincoln firm Fletcher Longstaff has been shortlisted for the second year at the ESTAS Conveyancer Awards.

The firm, which has been shortlisted for the Regional Conveyancer of the Year award, specialises solely in residential conveyancing, the legal work when buying and selling a property and was started in May 2015.

Alongside this award, director Adam Cheal has also been shortlisted alongside seven other individuals for  The People’s Award.

This comes following two nominations for the firm at the LFS awards, which will take place on September 19, where the firm is up for ‘best small firm’, and Adam is up for ‘best individual conveyancer’.

Adam, sole director at Fletcher Longstaff told CityX: “We are super excited.

“We won best local firm, regional firm and best firm in the UK at last year’s ESTAS so we are there to defend our titles.

“I have also personally been nominated for the People’s Award and I am buzzing about this.

“When I set the firm up it with was all about improving the process and giving the best customer service possible so to be recognised in this way, with votes just from our clients, really is a big deal!

“As a team we work really hard on this so we could not have done it without the whole team buying in to the ethos.”

Regional and national winners will be announced at the ESTAS Conveyancer Awards on
Friday, October 19 at the Grosvenor House Hotel London.
