Plans for a new dental practice on Lincoln High Street have been approved.

Proposals, which were submitted by JDSP Dental Ltd, will now see the practice open at 361-362 High Street.

The dental practice will include a reception area with waiting room, office, three surgery rooms and an OPG/x-ray room.

Plans for the new surgery.

This is part of an initiative by NHS England to open four new practices in the county to treat around 40,000 patients a year.

New practices have also been promised for Spalding, Sleaford and Boston.

The new Lincoln surgery is expected to open in January 2019.

The building was previously occupied by Arthauss Furniture, which has now relocated from the premises and reopened on Chieftain Way, next to Thrifty Car and Van Rental off Tritton Road.
