Lincoln design agency Optima will transform a former pub into its new home following planning approval.

The company will now transform the site of the old Duke of Wellington pub at 37 Broadgate and relocate from its current premises at 12 West Parade.

The move will also create six new jobs, bringing the total number of staff at the business to 25.

As part of the new premises, it will include nine parking spaces, a charging point, one disabled space and eight cycle spaces.

To the ground floor, there will be a staff and support area, with a number of meeting areas and a reception area where the old bar was situated.

The former cellar will be used for storage, computer racking and photography.

To the first floor, there will be an open plan studio, complete with meeting rooms, a VR room, staff lockers and a kitchen.
