A dessert company, specialising in cheesecakes, cakes and all things tasty will be lauching a new pop-up in Lincoln this week.
The New York Cheesecake Co, which is based in Barnsley, will be launching the pop-up at Lincoln Central Market, on Thursday, September 13, from 9am-4pm.
Known for its range of flavours, each cheesecake is traditionally made by owner Raimonda Steponaviciene.
There are around 28 different flavours including Snickers, Oreo, Orange, Banana, Raspberry and White Chocolate, and Black Forest to name a few.
As well as a range of flavours, the company serves up a classic Vanilla Cheesecake for those wanting a traditional treat and also sells meringues, cakes and biscuits – which are all freshly made.
A slice of the generously-sized cheesecake costs around £2.50, and the company will bring its pop-up to Lincoln Central Market as a trial.
Raimonda previously told CityX: “We have had our shop in Barnsley for three years but travel to a number of shows and markets across the country, including Meadowhall and Humber Bridge.
“We are really looking forward to coming to Lincoln.”
Becki Taylor, Small Business Support Officer at City of Lincoln Council, said: “We look forward to welcoming the New York Cheesecake Co to Lincoln Central Market on Thursday. This will be an added bonus to the usual market offer and we wish them every success here in Lincoln
“City of Lincoln Council supports all small businesses in the city and encourages new businesses to come to Lincoln. Pop-ups are a fantastic way to showcase new products, launch products, and generate brand awareness as well as bring additional visitors to the area”.
