The new restaurant will include a larger kitchen and wine cellar, as well as an outdoor seating area and room inside for around 100 covers and will create around 6-8 new jobs in the area.

In an exclusive interview with CityX, Amador Abruneiras, joint owner and general manager said: “

“Nothing is going to change in the core of the business. It is the same family, the same chefs, just a new location.

“We are going to try and make it cosy, as one thing that the original Olé Olé had that we want to bring with us is the quirkiness and the uniqueness of it that people love.

“We are looking to do different things in the decor to ensure the quirkiness is brought here and people will feel that they are at a home from home.”

Following the opening, the family-run business has further expansion plans in the future, which includes q conservatory that can extent the restaurant with another 40 covers.
