This story is over

Developers are currently in talks with the City of Lincoln Council for a new retail park in the city.

Folkes Property Holdings are currently in discussions with the council for the development of the former Kesteven Street Car Park on Canwick Road.

The site would comprise three retail units and a first floor leisure facility.

Named Kesteven Street Retail Park, the 3.32 acre site would comprise three retail units, as well as a health and leisure facility.

Proposals, which have not currently been submitted for planning approval, would see 65,000 sq ft of new space in the city.

Plans would also see two dedicated car parks, with 225 spaces.

If approved, future units would be available on a leasehold basis, with the potential of food retail, roadside retail and leisure uses.
