SES Engineering Services (SES), has been appointed a contract for a state-of the-art custody suite in Lincoln.

SES, which is headquartered in Surrey, is imminently due on site with the tri-service, blue light sector facility, under construction for Lincolnshire County Council.

Procured under Scape Group’s national construction framework, the Lincolnshire Emergency Services hub will bring together the region’s fire and rescue services, police force and ambulance services in a shared facility.

Working with Willmott Dixon, on behalf of the local authority, this latest blue sector contract marks the fifth custody suite SES has delivered with the main contractor.

Earlier facilities include those in Sheffield, Barnsley and Blackpool as well as Grimsby, where SES also recently started on site.

Steve Joyce, SES’ business director North and Scotland said: “I’m delighted to be part of the Willmott Dixon team that has already successfully delivered a number of innovative custody suites, much to the satisfaction of each of the constabularies and local authorities we have worked for.”
