Lincoln College has achieved a 90.4% employer satisfaction score for its apprenticeship training in an independent survey conducted by the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
The results of the 17/18 FE Choices survey place Lincoln College above any other college apprenticeship provider in Lincolnshire and 8.1% above the national average.
The survey captures employers’ perceptions of the quality of the training provided, responsiveness and whether employers would recommend the provider to others.
Lincoln College is one of the largest apprenticeship training providers in the region, working with around 1,200 local firms.
Lincoln College Group Managing Director for Education and Training Mark Locking said: “Our mission is to be employer-led, producing a highly skilled and productive local workforce.
“These results reflect our focus on listening to the needs of employers, being responsive to those needs and working with them to design training solutions.
“Whilst pleased with this feedback we are not complacent and we will continue to work hard to get even better in this area.
“Our aim is to be the most responsive provider in Britain, helping firms with training needs analysis, workforce planning and ensuring they have a pipeline of highly skilled and productive staff.”
