Ringrose Law joins the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter

Ringrose Law has been announced as one of the first businesses in Lincoln to join the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter.

The Charter encourages organisations in Lincoln to undertake activities which benefit their employees and also the local community in which they are located and was set up by the City of Lincoln Council.

Ringrose Law work hard to ensure that they give back to the local community.

Specific examples that have been referred to include the Lincoln Dragon Boat Race, which raises money every year for local charities in Lincoln, A Grand Idea Community Project Scheme, work placements and mentoring that is offered with the University of Lincoln, and Apprenticeships that to company continue to offer every year at all its offices.

Sarah Jackson, Partner of the firm and Head of the Lincoln Office is already looking forward to developing the firms CSR policy further into 2019: “We are thrilled to be members of the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter.

“We are already looking at new initiatives for next year including Carbon Offsetting projects for the paper and printing that we use, developing the support we offer for Mental Wellbeing within the firm, and continuing our fundraising with local charities.

“To be one of the first firms in our sector involved in the Charter is a great achievement for us and demonstrates our commitment in working in our local community and looking after our staff.”
