Associate Solicitor at Ringrose Law, Rebecca Bowley, has been appointed as Assembly member at the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.
The Assembly focuses on specific locations throughout the county and also sectors and/or areas of interest, Rebecca’s area of interest being ‘Women in Business’ and ‘Women in the Workplace’.
The Assembly acts as a sounding board at the Chamber, forming decision-making groups and being a focal point to tackle business issues from across the Lincolnshire business community.
As a single working mother when she first started her career at Ringrose Law, Rebecca understands the support and assistance that can be required as a working single parent.
This support was given to her at Ringrose Law, which allowed her to qualify as a solicitor whilst raising her two boys at home.
Her aim is to assist the business community in realising the potential of all employees whether by flexible working or working from home and that with the right support this can provide a business with a strong, motivated, loyal workforce.
Lisa Gamwell, Head of Human Resources at Ringrose Law said: “Rebecca is a perfect example of how working mothers can succeed.
“Rebecca has achieved so much in her time at Ringrose Law, progressing to Solicitor and an Associate of the firm since she started just over five years ago as a Paralegal.”
