“Since forming in 2014, we’ve quickly grown our service offering as well as our team.

“That’s thanks mainly to our focus on customer service and our innovative approach. 2019 should see us add to our team further and seek out new opportunities throughout the East Midlands.”

Tom said: “I’m excited to be joining Fletcher Longstaff as they continue to grow. I’ve had more than a decade of experience in residential conveyancing and I know that I can apply this to the company’s customer-focused approach.

“Lincoln and the East Midlands property market continues to grow, even in the face of uncertainty when it comes to Brexit and the economy.”

Charlotte added: “I’m really pleased to be able to join a team that is doing great things. What attracted me to the role was being able to work as part of a small, but professional team where I can see my work having a real impact every day.”
