Lincoln group of companies Umbrella Brands Group (UBG) has today announced the commercial launch of its new venture – Recruitably.

The Group, parent company to marketing agency ThoughtMix and fashion comparison website SoSensational, has been working on the brand for the past 12 months, running concept trials and developing its service offering.

Now ready for release, Recruitably will offer employers a low-cost, low-risk way to recruit new talent to their organisation.

Calling for an end to percent-of-salary pricing, Recrutiably offers its full service recruitment from £99 per month, per hire – giving flexibility to the employer as well as preserving cashflow, while being up to 61% lower than traditional recruitment.

Employers who typically use recruitment agencies will see the most benefit from Recruitably, while those who typically recruit directly will have a cost-effective alternative to their recruitment needs.

Alongside guaranteed applicants and replacements, Recruitably’s standard service covers full candidate screening and management, right to work checks and referencing as well as posting the vacancy to all the major job boards including Indeed, Monster and LinkedIn.

Group Chief Executive Steve Bryant said: “Recruitment agencies have always been a bone of contention for employers.

“Through our market research and surveys the main areas were why the fees seemed excessively high – in some cases up to 25% for an assistant level position, with short rebate periods and no guarantee on the volume or quality of applicants.”

“We’ve developed an entirely unique way to approach recruitment.

“Not only can we save companies money, but we offer all the same services companies have come to expect from a great recruiter, saving our clients time, as well. There is simply no other service like ours available – and we guarantee fully screened, guaranteed applicants with free replacements if your new hire leaves within six months, providing some much-needed peace of mind.”

The service launches Nationwide and is set to disrupt the industry for the benefit of employers across the UK.
