Lincoln Mad Turk restaurant goes on the market

This story is over

The former Mad Turk restaurant, which first opened in Lincoln in April 2017, has now been put on the market.

The Turkish restaurant opened in the former Chicken Cottage unit on Wigford Way less than two years ago, and is now To Let through Banks Long & Co.

It forms part of the Brayford Wharf North 9-screen Odeon Cinema Complex, which also includes a Lloyds No. 1 Bar, Zizzi and ASK.

Mad Turk closed in August 2018.

Signage suggested new management took over in September 2018 but never reopened.

The property consists of a purpose built modern restaurant unit with full height glazed frontage.

It is now available To Let by way of a new effective Full Repairing and Insuring lease for a term to be agreed, with rent costing £22,500 per annum.
