Stirlin is set to begin work on five additional industrial units at its Kirk’s Yard development in Branston.
Kirk’s Yard is a 1.2 acre commercial site, situated approximately 4 miles to the South East of Lincoln city centre.
The development is located just outside the village of Branston, having access to the A15 and B1188.
Stirlin completed Phase 1 of the Kirk’s Yard development in March 2019, which comprised six high-specification light industrial units.
Following the volume of interest in the site, Stirlin are due to commence the construction of Phase 2 of Kirk’s Yard in October 2019.
Phase 2 will provide five additional industrial units at slightly larger sizes, to accommodate for numerous enquires received during the sale of units in Phase 1.
The new units will range from 1,000 sqft – 1,400 sqft, with freehold and leasehold opportunities available.
