Outline plans for up to 80 new homes in Keelby have been submitted to West Lindsey District Council.
Plans, submitted by the Brocklesby Estate, would see 78-80 new homes build on land south of Stallingborough Road, Keelby.
Over an area of 37,618m2, the development would potentially include access from Stallingborough Road and Eastfield Road.
The site is located on the north eastern edge of Keelby and comprises the Hollies Farm complex, consisting of the historic farmhouse and ancillary farm buildings, together with the adjoining pasture fields.
The development proposals would deliver a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom housing in line with national and local policy.
It would also deliver the appropriate level of affordable housing.
A separate outline planning application is set to be submitted for a new Medical Centre to establish the principle of development of this facility.
Should outline planning permission be granted further discussions will be held with the Roxton Medical Practice about bringing forward this element of the proposals.
An area of 0.16ha has been provided for the Medical Centre and this will provide space for a building and associated car parking.
It is anticipated that the building will provide 225m2 gross internal floor area (250m2 gross external area) and that 20 car parking spaces would be provided.
Members of the planning committee at West Lindsey District Council will discuss proposals at a later date.
