LincolnX Featured: LiveLead – A salestech firm helping SMEs access new business opportunities

This story is over

LincolnX Featured takes a look at our LincolnX members each week, profiling their firm and highlighting key developments within their business.

This week’s LincolnX Featured Member is LiveLead, a Lincolnshire business which has developed an online lead generation system to help SMEs access new business opportunities.

LiveLead, based in Barton, is believed to be the country’s first ‘salestech’ firm, and lists tenders of all types from over 500 different portals as well as details of planning applications from almost every local authority in the UK, which alert firms to developments in the pipeline.

It is already being used by clients ranging from construction, electrical and other contractors to web developers and marketing firms.

The platform – which was originally known as The Marketplace – was founded in 2016 by Jason Kay and Gareth Alexander, who both have a background in sales and supply chain management.

Jason told CityX: “We have developed the country’s first salestech business to focus on creating digital products to help traditional businesses access more contract opportunities and sell more.

“We help businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to multi-million turnover, to identify genuine live opportunities, rather than those which have already been awarded to other parties – and all for the price of a good coffee a day!”
