On the Agenda:

With more talks to be announced in coming weeks, a list of workshops, a discussion panel and masterclasses have now been revealed:

As Business Leaders, Are We Leading The Fight Against Climate Change?

Discussion Panel:

Nationally, 9 out of 10 directors and managers believe that business leaders should be taking action to mitigate climate change; and 4 out of 5 directors and managers state that their business is already taking action to tackle climate change. The top three actions already taken to tackle climate change are:

· Reducing the amount of waste produced
· Introducing energy saving initiatives across the business
· Reducing the amount of travel undertaken

What’s missing? In his capacity as Chairman of both the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce and the Institute of Directors for Greater Lincolnshire, Gary Headland has assembled an expert panel to offer their perspective on this huge challenge for all of humanity.

This panel will include Gary Headland as Chair, Professor Libby John, Richard Jones, Steff Wright and Councillor Ric Metcalfe.

Digital Marketing to Grow Your Business in 2020

Masterclass:

Peter Watson is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Distract, an innovative and award-winning marketing agency based in Lincoln. Many entrepreneurs claim to be innovative and forward thinking, but few plough ahead as much as Distract. There are more than 100 episodes of the documentary ‘Inside The Journey’ available to watch on YouTube.

It’s often said that in business, you need to be leaders and not followers. In this fast-paced session, Peter will discuss how the best Marketers move fast, push boundaries, all in the pursuit of the next innovation within the marketing world. Today, businesses need to be not only on the cutting edge of innovation but the bleeding edge.

In this talk, Peter will discuss the trends that are working and how you can implement them into your business. Peter will look at data, innovation, being creative and will make sure that you leave armed with innovative ideas.

The Digital Power Couple: Transform Your Lead Generation By Bringing Facebook and Google Ads Together

Masterclass:

Henry heads up STL’s rapidly growing PPC team and directly manages several PPC projects. He is currently obsessed with developing automated processes for Google Ads accounts and works hard to ensure the Agency’s Google Premier Partner status is upheld.

Experienced Account Manager Ben spends his days deep in clients’ Google & Facebook Ad Accounts with a stealth-like focus on improving conversion value and leads for clients through paid advertising.

In this session, Premier Partner Agency SEO Traffic Lab will explain why an integrated paid advertising strategy is much greater than the sum of its parts. Henry and Ben will run through 10 simple tactics to get the most from Facebook and Google Ads; and how a combined approach can exponentially increase your leads.
