Following the closure of the Revolution bar on Lincoln’s Park Street due to continued losses at that site for a considerable time, the building has been put up for sale by agents Fleurets.
In a statement released by Revolution Group about the bar that had been open for 18 years, they praised the Lincoln team for their efforts and said the difficult decision to close that site along with another in the group was simply down to profitability.
The well fitted public house that boasts a 3am premises licence, 85 seats for dining with both a central bar and a dance floor is now available freehold for a price of £850,000 plus VAT. Located opposite Home nightclub and adjacent to Sugarcubes and late bar Vice & Co, the venue is still a hot spot for evening entertainment.
An open day has been arranged for Tuesday February 18 between 2pm-3pm. Property particulars can be found here – https://www.fleurets.com/properties/
