Family Solicitor Emma McGrath has been promoted to Head of the Family Law department at Ringrose Law following the retirement of Senior Partner Paul Cooper.
Emma joined the firm in 2014 and has over 15 years of experience in Family Law priding herself on delivering a first-class service to her clients. As well as family law, Emma is also head of the Canine Law department at the firm, one of the very few firms to offer this legal service in the Country.
Emma will be succeeding to the role from Senior Partner Paul Cooper, as he steps down from the partnership following 39 years as head of the family law team.
Paul’s services will however be retained due to the current pandemic, to support the department as well as his continue his role in the Family Mediation team in the firm.
Paul said, “On behalf of all the partners at the firm we would like to wish Emma every success in her new role.
“There is no one more deserving of this role than Emma, and I am delighted to hand over the baton to her as I step down from the partnership. “
“Emma has a proven track record of helping clients with the most complex of divorce and finance cases and already takes on many aspects of the running of the department.
“She has a strong team of people behind her and I am confident they can continue to grow the department from strength to strength.”
Emma regularly receives great feedback from her clients, in a recent survey Emma was praised for her client care.

Emma will step up to the new role from 1st May, she will also continue to run the firm’s Spalding Office. Emma said –
