Finalists announced for the Lincolnshire Technology and Innovation Awards 2020
With over 100 entries, almost 70 businesses, organisations and individuals have been shortlisted for the sixth annual 2020 Lincolnshire Technology & Innovation Awards.
Organised by CityX in partnership with Selenity, the annual event will recognise, celebrate and reward Lincolnshire’s businesses and enterprising individuals, and bring the Lincolnshire tech and creative communities together.
The event is sponsored by Gusto Homes, SUMS, Mosaic, Streets Chartered Accountants, Streets Heaver Healthcare Computing, Lincoln College Group and Forrester Boyd, and the awards ceremony will take place on Thursday October 1 at the Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground.
The dress code is black tie, and tickets include a seat at the awards, entertainment and a three course meal.
Dean Graham, Founder of CityX said:
“The tech industry has been pivotal in the fight against covid from developing new software to assist businesses in re-opening to re-designing ventilators in case thousands would be needed. Tech has allowed businesses to run remotely, meetings to go ahead and families to keep in contact. Tech has helped the world to keep turning, if slightly slower than we all hoped for 2020.”
“Nothing will make me prouder to hear of the successes our industry has achieved during the harshest of environments; other than maybe seeing our local industry together, re-united and cheering on each other with a drink in hand and a much needed smile on our faces.”
“A huge thank you to our sponsors for their support in making this happen.”
