Local property specialists successfully deliver social housing project during lockdown

Property investment and development company, SDGB Properties, have recently succeeded in housing four college students as part of a social housing project they ran during the national lockdown.

With an aim of helping the students integrate back into society, the company are working to deliver social housing projects around the region as a result of the issues faced due to the pandemic, and have recently partnered with Nacro Housing to successfully deliver the accommodation to the students.

As a result of its success, the team have entered the project in the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2021.

Director of SDGB Properties Saif Derzi, said: “It’s been difficult pulling the resources together to deliver the project in the middle of a global pandemic and national lockdown but we are very proud to have set the bar high for social housing standards.

“We are entering the property into the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2021 to showcase the standard of living social housing needs to be done to.”
