Work has begun on a new phase at Stirlin’s Leafbridge Business Park in Hykeham.
The latest phase, expected to be completed in summer 2021, will offer four industrial units and the potential to support up to 16 new jobs.
Planning was approved by North Kesteven District Council last year for a new set of units to be built, and a new 6,000 sq ft building will form the final phase of existing units on the development at Freya Court.
Each unit will measure approximately 1,509 sqft and will include dedicated parking.
James Kirby, Founder and Owner of Stirlin says: “We’re excited to have commenced construction on the new phase of units at Leafbridge.
“The completion of Building E will be a significant milestone for Stirlin, as we will have developed over 200,000 sqft of property since being founded in 2007.”
“We have already seen a high demand for the new phase, with Unit E3 and Unit E4 sold subject to contract, leaving only two units available.
“Designs are being prepared for further phases on the site, so we’d welcome any interested investors or businesses to get in touch with our team with their exact requirements.”
