Lincoln window cleaners to offer free services for NHS staff this lockdown

Lincoln-based Lincs Window Cleaning will be offering NHS staff free window cleaning services during the current lockdown.

Founded last year during the first lockdown, the business works to deliver domestic and commercial window cleaning, whilst also offering other services such as gutter hoovering, pressure washing and conservatory roof cleaning.

The team have decided to offer free window cleaning for NHS staff until the end of the current lockdown period.

Founder, Max Merritt said: “My mum works for the NHS so I have seen first-hand not only the hard work and long hours NHS staff are putting in in order to tackle the virus, but also the resulting effects of working under such a huge amount of pressure.

“Coming home to clean windows may be a small gesture but it’s one less thing to worry about.”

“We are fortunate enough to continue operating as we work outdoors and we don’t come into contact with our customers. We are pleased to be doing our bit.

“Spaces are limited so contact us via our website and we will book you in, all you need to do is show your NHS card on the day of the clean.

“We would like to thank all NHS staff for their continued hard work and the sacrifices they’re making to help beat COVID-19.”
