Lincolnshire property agency, Fine & Country has welcomed experienced estate agent Luke Hammond to its Lincoln team, who brings with him a decade’s experience selling properties in Lincoln’s Cathedral Quarter and northern villages.

Luke has more than two decades of experience in residential property sales, and most recently spent seven years at Humberts as a manager, exclusively covering the Bailgate area of Lincoln.

Specialising in the sale of unique homes in the Cathedral Quarter, as well as the northern villages surrounding Lincoln, he now brings his expertise to Fine & Country to work with buyers and sellers looking to make their next move in Uphill Lincoln.

Adam Lascelles, managing director at Fine & Country said: “It’s great to have Luke join the team at Fine & Country.

“He’s a seasoned professional with years of experience and expertise selling properties, particularly in the Bailgate area of Lincoln.”

“He’s going to bring a great deal of value to our offering and we’re pleased to bring him back to the Bailgate.

“The pandemic has seen a rise in Londoners seeking a change to greener places, full of character and history, with Lincoln being a popular choice for families moving out of the capital.

“It’s the ideal place to relocate to as people shift to flexible commuting thanks to our direct train links to London, excellent grammar schools and attractive property prices.”

Following his appointment, Luke said: “Joining the team at Fine & Country is a new challenge for me, and I’m looking forward to getting back to doing what I do best, helping buyers and sellers in the Bailgate and Uphill Lincoln find and sell their unique and incredible properties.

“I’ve spent most of my career working in the historic city so it’s going to be great to share my knowledge of the area as new people look to make their homes here.”

“It’s a new era for the city and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
