Following a decrease in infection rates, deaths and hospital admissions, public worship is set to resume at Lincoln Cathedral.
Services were previously moved online during January, but people will now be able to join daily services of Morning Prayer and Eucharist in person, as well as evening prayer on Monday Wednesday and Saturday.
Evensong services on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays will be available online only as the rules currently in place mean that the choir cannot perform while worshippers are present.
In addition to this weekly pattern of worship, there will also be an additional Eucharist at 7.30pm on Ash Wednesday to mark the beginning of Lent; the 40 days running up to Easter.
Throughout Lent at the 12.30pm Eucharist on Fridays there will be a series of short addresses considering some of the key texts from the bible that have traditionally been used as people explore The Way of Christ.
It will be possible to attend these services in person or to watch them live online via the Cathedral’s Facebook page.
The full list of services time for public worship and online services can be found on the Cathedral’s website.
