Bluecube’s 40 minute webinars will give businesses simple but effective tips on how to enable their teams to communicate efficiently, wherever they are working, using the latest technology.
Cloud communications provider Bluecube has announced a series of business webinars starting in June 2021. The sessions are aimed at helping organisations navigate the transition from fixed office systems to flexible working using UCaaS (unified communications as a service) solutions. With many UK businesses now preparing to work remotely, at least some of the time, the webinars should provide vital help and support to prepare for the transition.
The webinars are free to attend and will include expert advice and insights on the deployment of UCaaS solutions, as well as the best technology and tools available in 2021.
Bluecube has been providing VoIP and cloud based communication services to businesses since 2008 and has become a leading provider of UCaaS solutions in the East Midlands region.

The initial summer series includes:

- September 6th 2021, 11am-11:40am: Taking UC to the next level within your organisation, the latest in unified communications technology
Bluecube, has also strengthened its team and customer service offering with the appointment of two new members of staff. Ben Palmby joins the business as sales and account manager and Becky Jolly joins the technical support team.
The new team members at Bluecube mean the business has bolstered its ability to respond quickly to larger enterprise sales enquiries and continue to meet the service levels that they have previously been recognised for.
Paul Reames, managing director at Bluecube, explains: “We’ve seen a 12% increase in our sales in the last 12 months which in the middle of a global pandemic was unexpected. We navigated the first few months of the pandemic like many businesses did, we kept our costs as low as possible and we found it difficult to plan ahead as things were very unpredictable. However, in the late summer of 2020, we started to see a significant increase in enquiries and that continues to be the case which we are of course delighted by.
