With the December announcements of ‘Plan B’ being introduced to England and the impact on both businesses and business events, the decision to postpone the Lincolnshire Business Expo to a Spring date has been made.
The Lincolnshire Business Expo has been running for 7 years and is the largest generic B2B expo in the county. With an anticipated 2000+ attendees, 130 exhibiting businesses and a myriad of talks and seminars; the expo always provided a fantastic opportunity each January to supercharge the year ahead.
Event Director Dean Graham explained “As much as we all were hoping to be able to get back to some normality with events in 2022, the combination of large events requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test and the directive that employees should be working from home if possible; was likely to have a serious impact on footfall.
“The Lincolnshire Business Expo has been a highlight of the business calendar for a number of years and the last thing we wanted was to have a poorly attended event to bounce back with post pandemic.”
We will await the removal of the covid requirements and then announce a new date for the Spring.
